Our main business is the research and development, production and sales of glass fiber filter materials and internal combustion engine filter materials. Our products are widely used in air, water, oil and other media clean and ultra-clean filtration. F7, F8 and other air filter materials made of plant fiber + synthetic fiber materials have excellent characteristics such as high filtration efficiency, low filtration resistance, long life and strong weather resistance, and the key parameter indicators have been tested far beyond the high-end similar products of the same level in the domestic market. Products are mainly used in heavy trucks, construction machinery, air compressor filtration system. The whole synthetic fiber air filter F9 product is the first in China, mainly used to replace the filter element of the gas turbine intake system monopolized by American companies. The glass fiber filter material used for air separation and oil separation of air compressors has reached the international first-class level after testing. The alcohol-soluble cured glass fiber oil separation product is the exclusive domestic production, and the main performance indicators are comparable to the international first-class products and have achieved mass sales. The performance and quality of microglass fiber filter materials used for clean room air filtration in electronics and medical fields have been tested by third-party institutions such as Tongji University and National Air Conditioning Institute, and the key indicators such as filtration efficiency and gas resistance have reached or exceeded the domestic first-class products. The technical equipment level of our filter paper production lines invested by our company has reached the leading level in China. In the design of key equipment and production line, our company has fully digested and absorbed the advanced technology of existing production lines at home and abroad. The glass fiber filter paper produced by our company has a maximum filtration efficiency of 99.999995% for the most easily penetrated particles (the diameter is generally between 0.1 micron and 0.3 micron), and our company is one of the few companies in China that can produce ultra-efficient glass fiber filter paper. At present, our company has formed an annual production capacity of 4000 tons of high-efficiency and ultra-efficient fiber filter core products.
